Scindapsus Jade Satin NOID Variegated

Scindapsus sp. ‘Jade Satin NOID Variegated’ is a beautiful collector’s aroid known for its thick, satin-like leaves and unique variegated pattern. This rare Scindapsus offers a refined mix of deep jade-green foliage with natural variegation, making each plant visually distinct and highly desirable for tropical plant collectors.

Plant Characteristics

This Scindapsus features broad, heart-shaped leaves with a smooth, slightly matte to satin texture. The foliage typically displays rich green tones accented by irregular variegation, which may appear as soft cream, mint, pale green, or marbled patterns depending on the individual plant. It grows as a climbing or trailing aroid and can develop larger leaves when given a moss pole or vertical support. With proper care, mature plants can become fuller and more dramatic over time.

Care Guide

Provide bright, indirect light to maintain healthy growth and support stable variegation. Avoid harsh direct sun, which may burn the leaves. Water when the top layer of the potting mix begins to dry, keeping the roots lightly moist but never soggy. This plant appreciates moderate to high humidity, ideally around 60% or higher, and warm indoor temperatures between 65–85°F. Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix with ingredients such as orchid bark, perlite, coco chips, and peat or a similar moisture-retentive base.

Why Collectors Love It

Collectors love Scindapsus Jade Satin NOID Variegated for its elegant satin foliage, uncommon variegation, and slow-growing premium look. Each plant has its own pattern, making it a unique addition to any rare Scindapsus or variegated aroid collection.
