Product Overview

Homalomena ‘Pink Diamond Mint Variegated’ is a highly sought-after tropical aroid admired for its striking blend of mint, creamy white, and soft pink variegation. With its elegant foliage and ever-changing leaf patterns, this collectible Homalomena brings a unique splash of color to any rare plant collection, making it a favorite among variegated aroid enthusiasts.

Plant Characteristics

Homalomena ‘Pink Diamond Mint Variegated’ features broad, heart-shaped to oval leaves with a smooth, slightly glossy surface and a thick, leathery texture. Each leaf displays distinctive mint variegation accented by creamy white sectors and delicate pink blushes that become more noticeable under optimal growing conditions. No two leaves are exactly alike, giving every plant its own unique appearance.

This tropical aroid grows in a compact, clumping habit rather than climbing, making it well suited for indoor collections and decorative displays. Mature plants develop fuller foliage over time while maintaining an attractive, manageable size.

Care Guide

Provide bright, indirect light to encourage healthy growth and maintain vibrant variegation while avoiding prolonged direct sunlight that may scorch the leaves. Water when the top layer of the growing medium begins to dry, keeping the soil lightly moist but never waterlogged.

Maintain humidity between 60–80% whenever possible and provide good air circulation. Ideal temperatures range from 65–85°F, protecting the plant from cold drafts and temperatures below 60°F.

Use a loose, well-draining aroid mix containing orchid bark, coco chips, perlite, and high-quality organic material. A pot with adequate drainage will help maintain healthy roots. This plant is generally considered to have a moderate care level.

Why Collectors Love It
